It was put together because it illustrates the best ways for college students to stay fit and avoid the dreaded freshman 15 (it’s an American thing – I am being terribly polite as I have no idea what it means but it makes sense when Susan writes it!).
This is simple exercises and activities students can participate in even in the middle of a dorm room (student accommodation for those outside the USA).
I doubt you need to be a student to realise you may not be up to speed with some of this? Why not give it a go? If students can, why can’t you?
